Online Course Refund Policy

Within the framework of this refund policy and in accordance with the directives outlined in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are afforded the right to rescind your booking under the following conditions:

Our stipulated refund policy is outlined as follows:
A designated cancellation window of 14 days is in effect. Should any purchase be revoked within 14 days of payment, a complete refund will be sanctioned, unless the course has been initiated.

CPD Courses:

Once the course has been initiated, the eligibility for a full refund expires, irrespective of any refund request submitted during the initial 14-day period following payment.
Once the course has been successfully concluded, the opportunity to apply for a refund is nullified.
Please note that a maximum of 3 attempts is included in the price; if you encounter failure or have already exhausted 3 attempts and the system becomes restricted, a repurchase of the course is necessitated.
We encourage you to reach out to us for information regarding potential discounts for the 2nd time purchase.

GCSE/IGCSE and A-Level Courses:
